By placing an order with Maison Arlo Raciàto, you agree to the terms below. They are kept short on purpose.

The house

Maison Arlo Raciàto is operated by Angelo Bugto, a sole proprietorship registered in Davao City, Philippines (DTI Certificate No. pending). Contact: concierge@maisonarloraciato.com.

Orders

Orders are placed by message. Each order is an offer to purchase, accepted at the atelier’s discretion. The house may decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch, with full refund of any payment received.

Pricing

All prices are in Philippine pesos and include all applicable taxes at the time of sale. The house is currently a non-VAT enterprise; should this change, the change will be reflected on this page and on order confirmations.

Payment

Payment is arranged by message using GCash, Maya, or bank transfer. Goods are not dispatched until payment is confirmed.

Shipping, returns, refunds

Please see the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for full terms. Statutory rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and the Internet Transactions Act of 2023 (RA 11967) apply alongside these terms.

Intellectual property

All names, copy, photography, and visual identity on this site are the property of Maison Arlo Raciàto. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the house’s aggregate liability for any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in this clause limits any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under Philippine consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Davao City.

Changes

These terms may be revised. The current version is always shown on this page; the date at the bottom of an order confirmation indicates which version applied to that order.
