Privacy policy

Maison Arlo Raciàto holds your information close. This policy describes what is collected, why, and how it is kept.

Who we are

Maison Arlo Raciàto is operated by Angelo Bugto, a sole proprietorship registered in Davao City, Philippines (DTI Certificate No. pending registration). For privacy and data-protection inquiries, write to concierge@maisonarloraciato.com.

What we collect

  • Order information — name, shipping address, email, phone, items purchased, payment confirmation. Required to fulfil the order.
  • Communications — the contents of any email, message, or correspondence with the atelier.
  • Site activity collected as anonymous analytics (page views, session duration) via Google Analytics 4.

Why we collect it

Order data is used to fulfil and ship your order, to respond to questions, and to maintain our records as required by Philippine tax and consumer-protection law. Site analytics inform what we improve. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for the period required by Philippine tax law (currently 10 years for accounting records under BIR rules). Account data is retained until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained per Google’s and Meta’s default windows.

Your rights under RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act)

You have the right to be informed about the data we hold; the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your information; the right to object to processing; and the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Write to the address above for any of these.

Service providers we use

  • Vercel for site hosting.
  • GCash, Maya and bank transfer for payment, arranged by message.
  • J&T Express — shipping and delivery.
  • Cloudflare — email routing for the @maisonarloraciato.com domain.
